An invitation will be sent from a Keurig® Commercial representative. Once you receive it, simply follow the instructions to log into the portal for the first time. Once you have access, use your username (email address) and password for each subsequent visit.
All Keurig Authorized Distributors and their respective teams have access to the Partner Insider. Keurig® Commercial sends the original invitation to the portal. However, once you have access to the portal, you can add your colleagues and primary contacts as users.
From the portal’s “my profile” section, click create user and fill out the required information. The user will receive an invite and can create a password to access the portal.
From the portal’s login page, click on “forgot password” and follow the instructions to reset it.
The portal was created to consolidate communications and documents exchanged between Keurig® Commercial and its partners. Going forward, news items, including newsletters, memos, promos, and SKU/price changes, will end up on the portal’s newsfeed. Some key news items will be sent by email, but most will end up on the newsfeed. Consult the portal as frequently as possible to stay in the know.
Some emails are sent on a case-by-case basis, either as newsletters or in an important memo. A summary of the portal’s activity will also be sent weekly or monthly. Each user can limit the frequency of emails.
In the portal’s downloads section. From there, you can filter by equipment, accessory, and brand. Use the sort and filter options to find documents even quicker.
From the portal’s homepage, you’ll find the 4 latest documents from Keurig® Commercial. In the downloads section, they are located at the top of the list and displayed with a “new” icon.
Find the document you want, then use the dropdown menu to select the language required to download it.
All printed branded assets are consolidated by beverage category or Keurig® program in the portal’s merchandise section.
Request a print by selecting the required merchandising assets. The request is sent to Keurig® Commercial for approval and processing.
